Are you feeling sweet and fruity?! Do we have the drink for you- this drink was inspired by classic iterations of the piña colada- originally created in San Juan, Puerto Rico by a bartender Ramón “Monchito” Marrero at the Caribe Hilton in 1954. Taylor's twist on this drink involves using overproof rum to balance the sweet juices with a spicy kick.
For an ~additional~ spicy kick surprise your fiancé with a shot of fireball after he's taken three sips 🥰.
2 oz Lemon Hart 151 rum
2 oz Wray & Nephew overproof rum
1.5 oz Coconut Liqueur
6 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Coco Lopez
2 cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1 cup Ice
Blend it up until smooth
(Makes two servings- either get a date or have two 😜)
